Kellye Davis’ ..Bliss Principle Meditation Method ™ is a method that allows the new and established meditator, easy deep meditations – without the distraction of intruding thoughts. At the core of the method; is deep breathing, guided and silent meditation intervals, while hacking busy thoughts. The Bliss Principle Method, will deepen the stamina of your meditation and quell any fears or frustrations. 2 The method is inspired by nature, yoga philosophy, personal and real-life meditation experience.
