Since our products are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or it’s the wrong product, please contact us at truetoblisswellness@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
3. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as production begins immediately.
